Kevin Fernandez

Mr. Kevin Fernandez is a 23-year Wall Street Veteran for some of the largest investment banks in the world. He is currently an Executive Director within Morgan Stanley, managing all its Alternative Investments Valuation and Reporting. Before Morgan Stanley, he worked at Citi Private Bank, where he was responsible for managing global portfolio management and trading technology. Mr. Fernandez’s military career spans 29 years which he served with the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Coast Guard, and U.S. Army on both active and reserve duty. He is currently a Senior Innovation Officer with the 75^th Innovation Command (USAR) and holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. His various roles in the Coast Guard are that of the Domestics Operations Officer, Senior Reserve Officer, and Intelligence Officer. Mr. Fernandez served as a Field Wireman while in the Marines.

Mr. Fernandez is a career academic and is currently a Florida Atlantic University student pursuing a Ph.D. in computer engineering. He holds an Executive Juris Doctorate from Concord Law School (Purdue University), M.S. in Quantitative Finance from WorldQuant University, M.S. in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University, and an MBA from Dowling College. He also holds several other postgraduate diplomas from NYU and MIT. Mr. Fernandez is an Adjunct Professor at Molloy University, where he teaches finance to both undergraduate and graduate students, and an Adjunct Professor at St. Peter’s University, where he teaches technology to graduate students.  Mr. Fernandez is also active with the Marine Corps League, Veterans of Foreign Ware, and the Knights of Columbus. Mr. Fernandez is married to the former Evelyn Marte and has 3 children. They reside in Jericho, New York.
